At The Little Cocoa Bean Co., we design and sell beautiful baby care items to finance our mission to provide families with access to vital information, supplies, and services during their child’s first 1,000 days of life. Your support means everything!

This work is important and it’s urgent. Every day, month, and year matters. Poor nutrition in the first 1,000 days can cause irreversible damage to a child’s growing brain, affecting the child’s ability to do well in school and earn a good living—and making it harder for a child and the child’s family to rise out of poverty. One in six children in the United States live in poverty, are food insecure and at risk. Here’s how our model works:
Every Family’s Needs Are Unique
Our company supports individual families who are referred to us from across the U.S. as well as organizations that assist families in need. We also host courses for families to learn how to make nutritious baby friendly meals at home using their heritage foods. It takes a village to raise healthy babies and build strong communities.
