In this exclusive course Boston Healthy Start Initiative (BHSI), Healthy Baby Healthy Child (HBHC), and Community Action Network (CAN) members with babies 8 months of age to 1 year of age will learn about starting solids, preparing healthy weaning meals and why nutrition in the first 1,000 days of life matters so much.
By participating in this course, you will have access to a free Little Cocoa Bean Co. Starting Solids Kit, Recipe Booklet and gift certificate to purchase prepared meals from the Tot Cafe.
This course is hands on! You'll be making healthful meals for your baby while learning about ingredients that are good for their little bodies and brains.
